What is the Sales Velocity Index?
The Sales Velocity Index (SVI) is a composite 0–100 momentum score that measures how quickly and efficiently your community converts interest into occupancy. It’s weighted across four dimensions: Pipeline Volume (25%), Conversion Rate (30%), Deal Quality (20%), and Cycle Time (25%). A higher score indicates stronger momentum. It’s displayed at the top of the Velocity Index & Bottlenecks page and is a key headline metric for board reporting.
How many user logins are there per licence?
Licence allocations are agreed as part of your subscription. The platform supports multiple user roles; View Only, User, Administrator, and Super Admin, so you can distribute access across your team according to their responsibilities.
Can I restrict what some users can see?
Yes. Jacobs Brain has a role-based access system with four tiers: View Only (read-only dashboard access), User (data entry and standard features), Administrator (user management and system settings), and Super Admin (full platform control including security settings). Administrators can assign roles to control exactly what each team member can access.
Am I able to produce a summary to be included in the Board Report?
